We don't rush. Our vines grow on their own schedule, our fruit is hand-sorted at harvest, and our wines spend more time in oak than most spend on a vacation. The result is something you can taste — depth without hurry, complexity without compromise.

Red

Cabernet Sauvignon

Dark cherry, blackberry, and a whisper of cedar. Full-bodied with velvety tannins that speak to the hillside terroir.

Merlot

Plum, cocoa, and a soft finish that lingers. Approachable yet structured — a wine for conversation, not ceremony.

Chardonnay

Green apple, pear, and a hint of toasted almond. Barrel-fermented for texture, never over-oaked — clean and precise.
